POLICIES

Please take a moment to review our spa policies. Our courteous staff at Dawn's Day Spa is available to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Cancellation Policy:  Requires a 24 hour notice for any cancelled service. Clients who fail to show for their scheduled appointment will pay 100% of the missed appointments value upon next appointment. Clients giving less than a 24 hour notice for cancellation will pay 50% of the value of the missed appointment upon next service. A policy agreement will be signed by clients during intake paperwork before first service with us.

 

Late Policy:  Clients arriving late for their service may be subject to a shortened service. If client is too late in order for service technician to stay on time for other appointments, client will need to reschedule.

Payment Methods:  We except payment for services by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as personal checks. Gratuities may be paid in cash, personal check made out to technician, or Venmo. Dawn‘s clients may pay entire bill plus gratuity through Venmo.

 

Appointment Confirmations:  Confirmations will be made by text and or email through our booking company.

 

Refund Policy:  Refunds may be given for unopened product or an exchange may be done. All products that are opened our final sales. We offer samples for all products to be sure that product is acceptable. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds on gift certificates.

 

Children Policy:  Children are not permitted in the spa unattended. Children are not permitted to be in service room with parents during services. Babies in carriers are not permitted in service rooms. If a child is having a service and has anxiety, the parent is permitted to be in the room for moral support.

 

Allergy/Reaction Policy:  Clients attest to any allergies on their signed intake forms. If an allergy is disclosed we are responsible for any reaction if it is indeed from  that ingredient. If a client has a reaction and we are unaware of any allergies we refrain from responsibility.

 

Gift Certificates/Packages:  Gift certificates can be purchased in spa, or online. We do not offer refunds on gift certificates. They can be used for services or product however cannot be used toward gratuity. Most services can be pre-purchased in-spa. Buy five and get the sixth service free. This is applicable to same service for all six services.

 

Spa Etiquette:  We ask that all cell phones are switched to silent mode while in the spa. No talking on cell phones is allowed in any part of the spa. Texting during services is not permitted. Please always keep voices at a low tone as service are being performed throughout the entire spa.
